Yes, from Starter. Instead of the Powered by Photoglacier line, your own logo sits on the gallery cover, so what your client sees is your studio and not ours.

Absolutely! You're never locked in. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated fairly. You only pay the difference for the remaining time. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle, so you keep your current features until then.

The yearly rate is our standard price: Starter works out at €8 a month, Pro at €19 and Studio at €45. The monthly option costs more (€12, €25 and €59) because it carries the freedom to leave any month. Over a year, yearly billing gets you 4 months of Starter free, and saves €72 on Pro and €168 on Studio. Add-ons follow the same rule and are billed on your plan's schedule.

Yes, from Pro onwards. Using your own domain (like galleries.yourname.com) gives your clients a seamless, professional experience. You just add a simple CNAME record in your DNS settings, and we automatically handle the SSL certificate. Secure and hassle-free.

You keep full access until the end of your paid period. After that, your account reverts to the Free plan. If your content is within the Free plan limit (currently 5 GB), your galleries remain fully functional. Content exceeding the Free plan limit may be deleted after a prolonged period of inactivity. You'll be notified multiple times by email before any deletion.

Yes. Videos go into the same gallery as your photos, on every plan. Clients play them in the browser and download them under the rules you set. Video counts against your storage like any other file. Free holds one video per gallery and Starter three, while on Pro and Studio the only limit is your storage.

Every plan comes with one seat. Studio includes five, and on both Pro and Studio you can add more for €5 a month each. Each seat gives a colleague their own login with full access to create, edit and manage galleries. Team members share the account's storage, so you stay in control of resources.

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal through Stripe's secure payment system. Business customers in the EU can enter their VAT ID at checkout for reverse charge invoices. No VAT added to your bill.

100%. Photoglacier is an Austrian company with all infrastructure hosted in Germany. Your photos and client data never leave the EU, and we're fully compliant with European data protection regulations. Your clients' privacy is in good hands.

Boards are included in Studio. You can explore them with your team during a 14-day Studio trial.
