Absolutely! You're never locked in. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated fairly. You only pay the difference for the remaining time. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle, so you keep your current features until then.

You keep full access until the end of your paid period. After that, your account reverts to the Free plan. If your content is within the Free plan limit (currently 5 GB), your galleries remain fully functional. Content exceeding the Free plan limit may be deleted after a prolonged period of inactivity. You'll be notified multiple times by email before any deletion.

Free isn't a time-limited trial, but a permanently free starting point: 5 GB of storage and unlimited galleries. In return, every gallery carries a “Powered by Photoglacier” mark, and custom domains, password protection and PIN-protected downloads stay on the paid plans. When you're ready to deliver work under your own brand, upgrading takes seconds: it applies immediately and is billed pro rata, while downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period. You choose whether to pay monthly or yearly, and you can cancel at any time.

Yes. Videos go into the same gallery as your photos, on every plan. Clients play them in the browser and download them under the rules you set. Video counts against your storage like any other file. The Free plan holds one video per gallery; on paid plans the only limit is your storage.

Each team seat gives a colleague their own login with full access to create, edit, and manage galleries. Perfect for studios where multiple photographers work together. Team members share the account's storage, so you stay in control of resources.

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal through Stripe's secure payment system. Business customers in the EU can enter their VAT ID at checkout for reverse charge invoices. No VAT added to your bill.

100%. Photoglacier is an Austrian company with all infrastructure hosted in Germany. Your photos and client data never leave the EU, and we're fully compliant with European data protection regulations. Your clients' privacy is in good hands.
