Photoglacier is made by nord3 digital e.U., a sole-proprietor company in Austria founded in 2024 by Franz Kuben, a photographer who needed a client gallery that kept photos inside the EU and did not charge per image.
It does one job: the hand-off of finished photos and video to a client, with the download rules, the feedback and the access control that job needs. There is no print store and no CRM, on purpose.
Every photo and every client's data is stored on Exoscale Object Storage in Germany, under a data processing agreement you can read and conclude yourself in the app. Nothing is analysed or used to train AI.
